Did you complete group mentor coaching elsewhere?
ICF credentialing regulations require at least 3 individual (1:1) hours even if you completed 7 group hours through your coaching school or another provider. Our 2-Session (2.0 hrs) and 4-Session (4.0 hrs) modular packages allow you to seamlessly fulfill your remaining 1:1 requirements without re-taking group hours.

How do I know which sliding scale tier to choose?
The Green Bottle scale is a self-selection process. No proof of income or residency is ever requested. Choose the tier that honestly reflects your financial landscape: whether you worry about meeting basic needs, carry limiting debt, are paying out of pocket versus through an employer, or face significant currency conversion barriers. Coaches who can pay nearer the top directly help fund equity seats for coaches who need the lower tiers.
Where will I see my final price?
Once you select a track, package, and tier, your exact total appears in the dark teal summary box just above the PayPal button. The PayPal checkout button also displays that same amount. You can confirm the selected tier and price again on the secure PayPal checkout screen before completing payment.
Can I pay in installments?

No proof of income, residency, or financial documentation is ever requested, and your tier is never shared with anyone else in the community.
How do I choose a tier? (The Green Bottle reflection)
Picture the scale as a bottle. Coaches paying nearer the top make room for coaches paying nearer the bottom; the scale only works when each of us answers honestly.
- Do I worry about meeting basic needs — housing, food, healthcare, care work?
- Do I carry debt that limits my choices, or do I have savings and expendable income?
- Is this tuition being paid by an employer, a sponsor, or entirely by me?
- Does currency conversion or my local coaching market make US pricing significantly heavier for me than for a North American peer?
Choosing a lower tier takes nothing from anyone. Choosing a higher tier when you can directly funds base equity seats.

How do the two tracks differ? (Click to expand)
ACC Credential Renewal (developmental). Coaches renewing an existing ACC credential do not require official ICF performance evaluation forms or ACC Minimum Skills scoring. Mentoring is formative, conversational, and reflective — focused on coaching presence, client partnering, and authentic style. You finish with an audit-certified ICF Mentor Coaching Verification Log and Certificate of Completion documenting individual versus group hours and the mandatory three-month timeframe, plus your Cripster Growth Portfolio.
Initial ACC Credential (formal audit). For Level 1, Level 2, or Portfolio applicants. Recordings are appraised against the ACC Minimum Skills Requirements (statements A3.1 through A8.3) and generate the official ICF Mentor Coaching Session Observation Form - ACC and the Cumulative Review Form with the 67% benchmark audit.
